LIVE 7 Day “Healthy Sweet Quick Fixes" Tasty Motivation Challenge

Module Description:

You can keep your Sweet Nature, but let’s make sure those sweet cravings are answered with sweet, but healthy alternatives, so you never have to say no to your sweet tooth ever again (and still be healthy! Yay!)

This is one of three, 7 Day Tasty Motivation Challenges, that will be held back-to-back over three weeks, and are designed to encourage you to take action – to start slowly adding simple healthy changes the whole family will enjoy.

Learning is great, but doing is even better… These challenges makes ‘taking action’, fun! Plus you’ll be supported in a Community environment in our Private Facebook group, to help you make those permanent healthy changes that you’ve always wanted to make. The recipes are designed to be simple, practical, and delicious and are something your family will love and support you for!

There is some great content to get tucked into, but it’s more important to get making the recipes, and participating in the LIVE discussions online.

Even if you don’t feel like you can do recipes on all of the days, at least pick a few recipes, and participate by sharing what you do make in each of the LIVE 7 Day Tasty Motivation Challenges. Let our loving and supportive Community help keep you accountable by sharing what you made - post a photo, share any thoughts, experiences and insights you have, or just have a chat with your fellow Fresh Life Superwomen.
